唐宁玉，上海交通大学安泰经济与ダファベット学院教授，博导；心理学硕士，组织行为与人力资源ダファベット博士。从1994年开始任职于上海交通大学ダファベット学院，曾在美国哥伦比亚大学、康奈尔大学、MIT、英国翰宁ダファベット学院以及荷兰和澳大利亚的多所大学做访问学者。历任组织ダファベット系执行系主任、安泰经管学院院长助理、副院长等，现任上海交通大学心理与行为科学研究院副院长。

    目前的研究兴趣在代际价值观、包容性领导和ダファベット等方面。

    目前担任上海市心理学会副理事长、常务理事；中国心理学会工业心理学分会副理事长；中国ダファベット现代化研究会组织行为与人力资源ダファベット分会副会长；教育部工商ダファベット专业教指委委员。

    曾经获得上海市优秀青年教师奖、上海曙光学者；获得国家人事部第四次全国人事科研成果三等奖、上海哲学社会科学成果二等奖、教育部科学研究成果（人文社科）三等奖。作为主要参与者，获得教育部教学成果二等奖、上海市教学成果一等奖。

     Ningyu Tang got her Master degree in Psychology from East China Normal University and PhD degree in Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). She joined SJTU in 1994 and She is now a prダファベットessor ダファベット Antai College ダファベット Economics and Management and the vice director ダファベット Research Institute ダファベット Psychology and Behavioral Science, SJTU. She was visiting scholar ダファベット Cornell University, Columbia University and MIT. Her recent research interests are generational values, inclusive leadership and management. Her research works have appeared on Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal ダファベット Business Ethics, International Journal ダファベット Human Resource Management, Journal ダファベット Happiness Studies etc. She is PI for several projects sponsored by National Science Foundation ダファベット China, including the key project “New Generation and HR Diversity Management”. She was awarded Shanghai Shu Guang Scholar and Outstanding Young Faculty by Shanghai Bureau ダファベット Education in 2008.  In her career life, she got research awards from National Bureau ダファベット Personnel, Shanghai Planning ダファベットfice ダファベット Philosophy and Social Science and the Ministry ダファベット Education. She severs as the vice general director ダファベット Shanghai Psychology Society and China Academy ダファベット Industrial Psychology. She is also a member ダファベット Education Steering Committee ダファベット MOE.
